A Path of Healing, Self-Discovery, and Awakening
I offer a therapeutic space where you are invited to explore your life experience with honesty, presence, and compassion. Whether you're navigating emotional pain, life transitions, inner conflict, or a longing for deeper meaning, this is a space where you can begin to reconnect with what is most true within you.
In our work together, we bring awareness to unconscious patterns, core beliefs, and early life conditioning that may still shape your choices and relationships today. Through deep listening, reflection, and authentic dialogue, we uncover what has been hidden or silenced, and make space for healing and transformation.
My approach is inspired by Sacred Attention Therapy, a spiritual-psychotherapeutic model developed by Richard Harvey. It supports clients through three profound stages of inner work: healing the past, discovering the true self, and awakening to the present moment. This process invites you to release what no longer serves you and live more fully, from the inside out.
Therapy is not about fixing you—it’s about meeting yourself in truth. It is a courageous and sacred journey toward self-awareness, emotional freedom, and a more conscious, authentic life. You don’t have to walk it alone.

About me
I accompany individuals and couples on their journey of inner work, self-discovery, and emotional healing.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working as a corporate lawyer in both large organizations and start-ups. Over time, a deeper call emerged—one that led me to begin my own path of inner exploration and transformation.
This calling brought me to psychotherapy. After five years of intensive training, I chose to fully dedicate myself to therapeutic work in 2016, and I have found it deeply fulfilling ever since.
As a therapist, my role is not to teach or lead, but to walk alongside my clients with presence, care, and respect.
I am also a wife, mother, and stepmother, and I know from lived experience how complex, beautiful, and challenging inner growth and human relationships can be.
I work primarily with international clients in both English and French. Individual sessions are mostly online, though I also meet clients in person in Andalucía, southern Spain. I offer retreats in Andalucía and engage in regular supervision to support and deepen my practice.
